How do I purchase a garment online?

  1. Select your preferred item, colour, and size.

  2. Add it to your cart.

  3. Go to checkout and enter your details.

  4. Complete payment.

  5. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

  6. Once shipped, we’ll send you a Waybill number to track your parcel.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Production Time: 15 Business Days

Please note that all garments are made-to-order to ensure thoughtful craftsmanship and minimal waste. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production — which takes up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

What are the shipping costs?

  • Free delivery for all orders above R2000.

  • A R99 delivery fee applies to orders below this amount.

We use Specialised Freight Services for safe, reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa.


What are my payment options?

We offer secure payment through:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Pay Just Now

  • PayFast

All payment methods are safe, simple, and encrypted.


How do I return or exchange an item?

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Items may be returned within 5 working days from the day you received your order.

  • Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned at your own cost.

  • Once received and inspected, you can choose a credit note or a refund for the garment amount.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, R99 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
