How do I purchase a garment online?
Select the item,colour and size.
Add it to your cart.
Go to checkout and enter your details.
Make payment.
You will receive a confirmation mail with your order. We will also send you a Waybill number so you can track your order.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
Production Time: 15 Business Days
Thank you for shopping with us! Please note that all orders are carefully processed and made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, it will be placed into production, and we require up to 15 business days to craft your items. This production time starts from the day your order has been picked for production, excluding weekends and holidays.
We take great care in ensuring every product meets our high standards, and this slight delay allows us to deliver the best quality to you.

What are the shipping costs?
We deliver for free for any purchase above R2000. Any purchase below will be charged R99. We use Specialised fright services to get your parcel delivered to your door. They are very reliable and speedy with deliveries.
What are my payment options for this item?
You can either EFT , Pay Just Now or use Payfast to make your payment.
How do I return or exchange an item that I bought?
Should you not be happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to our studio. The item needs to be unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 5 working days from the day the order as been received, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will issue you with a credit note to spend on the site, www.cylagonsolves.com or refund you for the garment .
Please note that refunds are only given for the cost of the item and not for shipping. In the case that you qualified for free shipping, an amount of R99 for shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. We don't do refunds on custom made orders.
PLEASE NOTE THAT NO MADE TO ORDER ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED.
