How do I purchase a garment online?

Select the item,colour and size.

Add it to your cart.

Go to checkout and enter your details.

Make payment.

You will receive a confirmation mail with your order. We will also send you a Waybill number so you can track your order.

How long will it take before I receive my order?

You can expect delivery within 5 working days.

Where can I try on the collection?

You are welcome to schedule a fitting in our studio either during opening hours or on a Saturday.We would love to meet our babes.

Do you have alteration costs?

No, we offer free alterations for our babes. Should you prefer an item longer/shorter or with any alterations,please let us know as we cut each order on request.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes, of course we do. Please feel free to contact Cyla for any custom design orders.

What are the shipping costs?

We deliver for free for any purchase above R800.Any purchase below will be charged R55. We use Specialised fright services to get your parcel delivered to your door. They are very reliable and speedy with deliveries.If you would like to come and collect your purchase yourself, you are more then welcome to come and collect it at our studio in Kempton Park.

What are my payment options for this item?

You can either EFT or use Payfast to make your payment. We also have card facilities in our studio.

How do I return or exchange an item that I bought?

Should you not be happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return your item(s) to our studio. The item needs to be unworn and in it’s original packaging. We require the parcel to be returned to our studio within 5 working days, at your own expense. Once we have received it in the same unused condition and packaging it was sent in, we will issue you with a credit note to spend on the site, www.cylagonsolves.com
